After years of trying to lose weight, I finally got unstuck, built muscle, and lost ~25lb. Now, I help other women do the same in an effective, sustainable way.
I started my own training business because I saw too many people working hard without getting results.
Training once a week without nutrition support wasn’t enough — and I wanted to do better for my clients.
Now, I help women train consistently, eat in a way they can sustain, and finally see progress they can feel proud of.
